The Process

1. Scoping Call

Start with a conversation with Secure60 about what you need. Bring:

• A description of the task or workflow you want to automate.
• Examples of how an analyst currently handles it (screenshots, runbooks, or just a verbal walkthrough).
• Any specific data sources, rules, or platform features the worker would need to use.
• Decision criteria — what constitutes a good outcome vs. a bad one.

2. Specification

Secure60 produces a specification that covers:

• What the worker does, step by step.
• What data it reads and what actions it can take.

3. Build and Test
